I'm having signal issues with my phone now for the last 2 days. The phone will lose service randomly and I will only be able to make emergency calls and can send emails over wifi. I can't text or call and can't receive any return. I have tried power cycling phone, taking the sim card out and putting it back in and turning phone back on. Have even tried changing the access point with no luck. What else can I try to get service? My billing cycle doesn't end until the 19th so I know it's not that.
I am not sure why since this phone has been out for a while that It will not connect to the 5g Network. Can you all please start watches. Everyone but cricket has them and it would be super easy for us people who have busy lives and always on the go. I don't want to changes service but I may need to if you won't do serviced watches. Blue tooth doesn't work unless your phone is practically touching your watch that's pointless
I have a Moto G6 that I had to upgrade in January because Cricket said it would not be compatible after February. No big deal because they gave me a free Moto Stylus. Today another phone I have that I use for work bit the dust. Needing another phone, I took the sim card out and put it in the Moto G6. Everything seems to work fine. The phone is lte and when making a voice call there is an hd beside the timer so I assume hd voice is working. Is there any reason I shouldn't keep using this phone?
today my phone exactly at 11:30 pm randomly shut off wasnt sure where or how it started i was moving my amazon app to my sd card and poof my phone shut off so i took out the battery and updated the software just in case then i tried moving amazon to my sd card poof off again so i had to remove the battery and restart the phone .. i could not tell if its from moving the app to sd card or the phone or the fact that today is the last day of my billing cycle i checked online and cricket wireless indicated " billing running services' why would that shut off my phone ...my phone shut off and i had to put it back on every 12 minute then it stopped then it acted up again then stopped ,this is a new phone i just bought it a few days ago
Can someone from Cricket please provide a clear indication of what the current status of Pixel phone compatibility is on the Cricket Network?I have reviewed the BYOD list and it indicates that recent Pixels are compatible with hotspot and wi-fi calling. However, my Pixel 5a (G1F8F) does not seem to be able to use hotspot functionality.Is it an error with the BYOD list or is the updated compatibility in the process of being rolled out?Thanks
I have an unlimited data plan and I have the LG stylo 6. Everything works fine when I'm connected to my home wifi, but the minute I try to open up a game like Jurassic World Alive or Pokemon go while I'm outside, they take ages to load and don't work properly. Does this happen to anyone else? Or does anyone know what I can do to fix it?
I purchased a cricket dream 5G and i only had it for 2 hours before the phone restarted itself. Since that first time it has did the same thing multiple times a day. I have visited the store where i purchased it and was told to contact customer service. Now the phone displays that the system is corrupt
The phone has issues with security and not wanting to update etc... I noticed the APN settings with a title of Internet ( Endo) everything I have found (endo) basically is 4 wifi also when I opened the APN setting it's empty. I went to the store and basically was told they only sell the phones. I need help with how is the APN Settings are configured so can fix it myself. I will enclose a screen shot of the APN, Thanks.
Buy Moto G Stylus 5G for my daughter 7/28/21. It seemed like a really great phone. I recently bought myself one and was thinking of buying one for my husband. No problem until October 2022, when the phone suddenly had issues charging?Advice? Anyone with similar issues? Any fix? I am paying for the Cricket Warranty. Should I call about the Cricket Warranty? Should I call Motorola?
In the last month or 2, its very hard to get any internet connection outside WiFi coverage. Especially when traveling, but sometimes in the home town too. Its either extreme slow or nothing at all. Both for me and my husband too, we use the same type of phone Google Pixel 3a. Because of that we can’t use the internet we pay for. We are supposed to get 5GB fast internet per month but can only use 200-600MB because of the problem.Is this because Crickets is migrating to 5G and prompting the older users to get new phones?Thanks!
Upgraded 2 phones from OVATION to Moto g 5g only because the batteries swelled up and could possibly explode (The OVATION PHONES worked fine. NO PROBLEMS. The Motorola phones have been nothing but a problem since having them. CONNECTION PROBLEMS. CAN'T make calls and if it does go through after calling the number several times back to back it goes to Voicemail. Went to Cricket Store with phones for half the day. Trying to solve the problems and employees let me know they possibly got a BAD BATCH OF PHONES and it's happened before. Had them about a month now. Chatted with two different Cricket employees EMMA and Wayne B. They would ask you to go into your phone for details about your phone and when you were trying to do what they asked. They would ask if you were still there and within about 30 seconds or so they would end chat. Wayne told me they were working on a cell tower in my area and work should be done in 24 hours (that was 2 days ago) and if I still had problems to contact
This is my second dream about you after the first one brick as the screen would not turn on. The second one has given me nothing but issues though I have luckily been able to make it do the most basic of things. I paid a decent amount of money but not a whole lot since I switched to cricket and got the discount or whatever. I wondering if anyone else has had issues like this with this particular phone. I have been paying for the protection plan or whatever and I feel like it's not worth it because it's pretty much no better than the cheap $30 phones I was getting before I switch to cricket. I rarely if I ever gotten 5G I've had to reset the network over and over again and then reset the whole phone because of some kind of acs process that pops up and then I can't make any phone calls or receive any and my Wi-Fi calling has only worked for maybe a month the whole time I've had service with cricketI hope that there is a better phone that isn't going to cost me a whole lot of money that
Okay so my phone's been fine up until this last software update, and the time change. Now in order to get my phone to display the correct time I have to restart my phone multiple times a day because it'll randomly go back an hour and I never know when it happens. And in my clock app it'll automatically add a home option under the time that says +1 hour. It's really messing up my alarms and things I have in my calendar. How can I fix it please?
(I have a question I promise I just thought I needed to put this)I switched from Metro PCS to Cricket because Metros service was an ass sometimes (only sometimes, maybe once or twice a month we would have internet issues) and some family members suggested them and said they were awesome, service plans etc and so I believed them because said family members have had Cricket for over 12 yrs. Huge mistake! We all miss our Metro So this is what's going on:So Feb 2022 I switched and placed an order for 4 of the Cricket Dream phone's and the best plans for my family and I because there was some good reviews plus family suggestions. Although I got an excellent deal on them and the plans and was very satisfied I only had to pay $130 for everything, set up was easy and fast we had no problems in any of the set up process which to me was great!. Now it's been only a month and few days and omg these phones are terrible!!! The service is terrible the internet never works!! HBO max does not work f
Just got the Pixel 6 Pro, took the sim from my Pixel 5 and put it into the new phone, everything seems fine. Except when I try to turn on the hotspot, it says I need to have a plan for it and says to contact AT&T customer service? In my phone settings, it does say Cricket for network so that's confusing. I do have a plan that includes hotspot. It worked totally fine on my Pixel 5. The lady at the cricket store didn't give a very clear or concise answer, my guess is that she either didn't know how to help or what we were needing or didn't want to deal with us as it was in the last hour of the day. Any help is appreciated.
