Is this quality one Cricket wireless legit?

I been looking at possibly upgrading my phone and didn't really like the options on cricket website, so I been looking at buying a unlocked phone. I stumbled on some website that looks just like Cricket but they claim to be an authorized e retailer For cricket but for BYOD only. They call themselves quality one wireless. They seem to be a legit company according to BBB but wanted to confirmation that they are an authorized e retailer and not some scam company posing as an cricket affiliate.
