Issue with sign in on my phone from Cricket.

I have an issue started on June 21,2023, I am not able to sign in my cricket account in the App on my Cricket phone or the website from Cricket wireless on my phone. 

I have done everything suggested by customer care service, and from the Developer from the play store.

Customer care service asked me for the pin number for my account, my password, my username and phone number associated to my personal information to my  Cricket account, I had to give it to them to see if they could fix my problem.

Okay I go to my tablet and enter my information and wow I got in on the app and website from my Tablet, but can't change my information or password still yet. Because they're experiencing trouble with the app and website.

Has my account been hacked? Because I gained access from another device linked to my phone? And was I stupid for allowing customer service have my log in information?

Hey everyone, I'm facing a frustrating issue with my Cricket mobile, and I could really use some guidance. For some reason, my phone has become unresponsive, and it's causing a lot of inconvenience. The touchscreen doesn't seem to register my taps, and sometimes the buttons don't work either. I was trying to book and order through iget aus site but it was continuously creating issues. I've tried restarting it multiple times, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue with their Cricket mobile or any suggestions on how to fix it? I'd appreciate any help or advice. Thanks in advance!
