LG Harmony 2 will not access Internet either WiFi or Mobile data

After using Airplane mode yesterday about an hour later I lost Mobile Data connection and have not been able to get connected to the Internet either from WiFi or Mobile Data. I have completed Level 1 troubleshooting(APN settings, start/restart, etc) Please help.
