I have a LG Harmony phone(not sure which version) which has given me no problems until yesterday. I clicked on the Google icon and typed MSN.COM in the address bar and although the blue loading line appeared but was not pulsating or going any further than about 1/4”.   I tried Google and typing in the search bar MSN and nothing came up. I have a game downloaded that works but I am not given the option to click to watch ads for extra pieces. I have cleaned , ran the antivirus and search settings for a resolution but have found none. I even removed the battery for 30 minutes and put it back in. No success. Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated

Hi @Mguzik57 we thank you for reaching out to Cricket Forum! We would recommend ensuring the device is operating on the latest software available and clear the device cache and cookies through settings and then perform a network reset to your device. Please let us know if these steps have helped resolve your issue.

Thank you for replying so quickly. I had checked to be sure the software is up to date and it is. I also cleared browsing data and cookies. And finally reset the network as you suggested. Nothing has changed☹️

Hey @Mguzik57 have you tried a SIM swap? The LG Harmony is an older phone, so you may still have the older version of the Cricket SIM card in there.

Yes, Cricket sent me a new one and the issue is still persisting. Going on almost a month. I tried everything they suggested and nothing. Supposedly pushed it to a Tier3 escalation but still have not heard anything. I am beyond disappointed as over a 10 year customer never having an issue until now.
