LG K92 5G Phone is super slow

Question

My phone is only a few weeks old and is very slow! It takes 20-30 seconds from the time I hit the text message button to pull up the text message screen, and another 20-30 seconds from when I hit the “+” sign to begin a new message, until the screen appears for me to start typing the new message.

It also takes the same 20-30 seconds from when I hit the camera button until a screen appears to take the picture.

Tried restarting the phone and the issue persists……………….

Any help or suggestion is much appreciated!

Also, try checking your storage space available on the device. When devices have little storage space, a device can start to slow down as well. Lastly, we would recommend making sure that you have closed out of your apps that may be running in the background.
