My LG K92 power button isn't working. It's been like this for a few weeks. I tried to trade it for a new one at the local store but LG quit making phones. I have insurance on it but to ship it off for a new one the phone message said my deductible was $130! Why even have insurance if it's gonna cost the same as a new phone? Please help.
