Been enjoying this phone for over a year & a half without any issues. Out of nowhere, upon turning my phone on this morning, it on shows a black screen asking me to accept, "Cricket Wi-Fi Manager License" Of which, I've been trying to do so (clicking onto I Agree) the phone remains 'locked' & will not allow me to go any further.
The phone rings, I can't answer it. I hear chats coming through, can't open them up to see. It remains locked onto that screen & can't or won't go further.
Not sure what to do here....
