I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 5 years (even when your service barely worked in many areas). I have always paid for my monthly services early and have also had the same phone for those 5 years so I am in desperate need of a new one. I found one that I like on the Cricket site for $69.99 but when I added it to my cart and went to check out it says the cost is $99.99. Since I am not a new customer, I am not eligible for the special price. Thank you Cricket for not making me feel special for my loyalty and I will be discontinuing my services at the end of my billing period.
