I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 5 years (even when your service barely worked in many areas). I have always paid for my monthly services early and have also had the same phone for those 5 years so I am in desperate need of a new one. I found one that I like on the Cricket site for $69.99 but when I added it to my cart and went to check out it says the cost is $99.99. Since I am not a new customer, I am not eligible for the special price. Thank you Cricket for not making me feel special for my loyalty and I will be discontinuing my services at the end of my billing period.

We appreciate all of our customers! That is why we offer monthly rate plan discounts, special upgrade pricing, as well as a referral program where you can earn up to $250 per year!

What special upgrade pricing? $25 more to upgrade plus pay twice as much as a new customer. Seems like you would offer people that have shown their dedication of paying their bill & long time use but upgrading prices don't show you appericate us very much i believe its time for me also to move my 2 lines elsewhere

Loyal for 5 years......$199.99 + $25 upgrade fee.

Then today I get a text from Cricket. As a loyal customer, we want to show our appreciation.

Here's FREE extra data for the remainder of you current billing cycle. REALLY??? 9 days extra data added to the data I don't use fully as it is.

If you truly APPRECIATE LOYALTY....give us a genuine reward. Lower phone prices than new customers and FREE upgrades if it's been longer than 90 days.

I agree! Like right now they are offering the iphone 6 for new customers for 49.99. But loyal customers who pay monthly have to pay 139.99 plus upgrade fee. I just think this is showing a very lack in respect for those of us who are never late on our payments.
