Try troubleshooting as follows.
Power off the phone and remove then reinsert the card. Reboot the phone. If the phone just stopped reading the card this may fix the issue.
If not, go to your Phone settings and look for the Storage options. In the options make sure the card is “mounted”. If not remount the card, reboot the phone. See if your phone is reading the card and you can see the data. If these fail most likely the data on the card has become corrupt. At this point, your data is lost. You can plug the SD card into your computer and try iBoysoft Data Recovery for free. The software is able to recover lost photos and videos from corrupted SD cards: https://iboysoft.com/data-recovery/sd-card-data-recovery.html
Then you may be able to use the card by reformatting it. Again in the Storage Options, you should see an option to format the card. After formatting makes sure the card is mounted. See if your phone is now reading the card. If not, either the card or the phone is damaged. Has the phone been dropped recently?
We are sorry to see that the device is no longer registering the memory Card. We recommend making sure there is space left on the card. If there is then it could be a device issue. All devices are covered under warranty for one year. You can contact them for replacement options.
