I have the dream 5 and the mobile data button in settings cannot be turned on? It's grey does anyone have a clue I have restarted I have chatted nothing woks and my internet is so slow and that has to be the reason?? Any thoughts??🥴

Hey there! Thanks for commenting! Have you placed your sim card in correctly? If so, power down for 6 minutes, remove the sim card, then place it back in and power back on. If the issue continues, please let us know.
