Hey guys! So I recently bought a unlocked Moto G 5G Plus from amazon. Being it’s unlocked, I expected I could use it with cricket. When I first put my sim card in, it said “log into cricket”. When I did, it said my account was suspended. I later went the store and we called customer service. He said the phone was not compatable with circket. He later unsuspended my account. It was weird bc I put the sim back in and it was working perfect. I could make calls, web search for hours. Than I went to sleep. When I woke up, it was suspended again. I called Cricket again and they said “it’s not a hq voice”. I have no idea what this is. Idk why my phone wont work with cricket. Legit i have seen many people with the same phone mention how their phones work with cricket. I mean, it legit worked for me for hours. Even hours after i went to sleep bc i seen mssgs from 3 hours before I woke up. Can someone please help?

Hello @NickTheMetalHead! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. Effective January 19, 2021, Cricket no longer allows new activations on non-HD and non-VoLTe devices. This is why your line is suspending. The device is no longer capable to work with our service. You can enter your device IMEI in the link below to confirm the compatibility of your device:

If your device is not compatible with Cricket, you will need to use a compatible device to resume your service.
