moto g power 2021 connectivity issues

I bought a new moto g power 2021 about 6 weeks ago and the only issue I have is serious connectivity issues.  When I'm actually able to connect to the internet it is short lived. I'm constantly receiving error message saying network issue.  I've always had LG devices and never had a problem like this.  I've done the restart device. I've done the clear cache. I've done the reset APN. I've done the soft reset... What's left other than hard reset?

Can anyone offer me any advice?

No its not your area. Its cricket. I have the same exact phone and the same exact problem and my girlfriend does to. Cricket used to be a good carrier but we had a falling out and i went to boost. Switched back almost a month ago and have regretted it ever since

I finally got my connectivity issues straightened out after changing my apn last year.  I am now, again having connectivity issues along with no service after moving to a new residence only 3 miles away last week. I'm actually right in the middle of town having worse issues than before.  The past 3 days I've had to redo my apn 2twice. It works only for a little while and then no data, no call/text service.  We're switching back to Metro at the end of this billing cycle.  



Same phone, same issue. Leaving at the end of this billing cycle. Service seems to actually get worse after you pay the bill every month.
