Just today, I am unable to connect to my home network with the phone. I can only connect to the cricket 5g network that is turning on and off and this is making the phone very hot and draining the battery. I can not text or call, or receive texts or calls.

The problem is I can not use text or the phone. I did put my sim card in a older phone, Cricket Dream and its working fine. I called cricket yesterday and wasted my time with very crappy support. What would cause 2 phones not to be able to connect to any network? I still can not use the phone and neither can the other person on my account.
