Ppl can't hear my niece when she talks on her brand new moto g stylus. Reception is fine. Could it be the phone or the network?

I have the Moto G Stylus for just about one month now.  Most of my calls are having an issue - the other end cannot hear me,   They say they can only catch every couple words.  For the most part I can hear them just fine.  My signal is full LTE too!  Any help out there would be greatly appreciated

Hey @ucansur, you probably want to reach out to warranty since you’ve had your phone for a minute now. They only have like a one week return policy. But you can get a replacement phone in a day or two. I just did a claim for my mom a few months ago, and she got it the next day. We did the claim at like 8 am tho, fyi.

First of all, you need to check the problem in the microphone or connection. Try calling via Skype or any other messenger via Wi-Fi. You can also try to switch from lte to 3g and call again. If nothing helps then go to the service center.

I've  had the same issue no 1 can hear me. No matter service or carrier even landlines are unable to understand me
