I can't get my Moto g5g to connect to the Wi-Fi it is a public Wi-Fi so no password is needed just log in I hit login and it says error message for me and my fiance's phone and we both have the same phone

Hi @Kmart310 and welcome to the Community Forum! Please verify that your phone’s software is up-to-date and reset your network settings. Next, restart your phone, and try connecting to the public WiFi again. You may need to keep refreshing your browser page until you get the WiFi sign-in page to pop up.
