My Debut Flip will not take charge or turn on

So, I got this phone about 10 months ago, and its been working alright since I have gotten it. I take it with me to highschool and back everyday, take it to work, then go home. Just yesterday however, it stopped working. I figured the battery had died, so I thought I had plugged it in and turned it back on. It turned on, but I didnt realize it wasnt charging. A few moments later, it died again. Now, it wont take charge, and it wont turn on. Ive taken out the battery and put it back in, Ive used 2 different cords on outlets I know work, and I left the phone charging for three hours, no response. Anyone know a fix, or am I just screwed?

I’m sorry to hear about your phone. It is possible that the battery or the device may be damaged. Good call on trying different outlets and cords. The good news is that Cricket Wireless devices do come with a 2-Year Manufacturer on new Cricket branded devices like the Cricket Debut Flip so your device may be covered under the warranty.
