My new phone is terrible. Gets too hot always hanging up and battery died in 40 minutes
I lost my Samsung phone and needed one bad and they sold me an Alcatel and it's terrible. I love Cricket but I need to exchange the his phone or just get my money back

Have you already tried to replace the phone with the original make and model? Was it not in stock? Ask the store manager for an exact replacement and provide proof of purchase. I am sure they are willing to help

Sounds like a bad battery. I know, Captain Obvious. I had a similar problem but it wasn't the battery but the charger I was using.
