Mycricket app stuck on green loading screen

I have a Moto one action and for the past couple of months that app won't open. It gets stuck on the green screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app doesn't work. Even tried factory resetting my phone still doesn't work. Please help

I had the same problem with the exact same phone. Just signed up for the service and I can't open the app it hangs on the green screen at the Motorola one action unlocked us variety

I just don't understand why some apps are so poorly made. I mean, if you don't have enough good developers to finish and polish the product properly, why not to use https://doit.software/services/staff-augmentation/mern-stack-developers ? I wish more software dev companies used this kind of approach so as users we won't suffer that much from bugs and lags.
