New Cricket Moto G6 won't dial out

I'm an existing Cricket customer. (like 9 years now)
Yesterday I purchased a new Motorola Moto 6 cricket phone from Walmart to replace my older Alcatel phone.
Everything installed and used the included new sim card.
Called Cricket support to enable new sim card and registered it. All went fine, but the phone will not dial out.
It receives calls fine,
The internet and texting work fine. I can receive calls.
But I cannot call out.
No real Error message just stops (hangs up immediately) after I press dial.
Can someone advise what I can do. I'm desperate.
Called Cricket support and they filed a service request.
They also said it would be 2 to 3 days before a tech can call me back. Ughh..
So I'm without service yesterday and now today.

@PCman We will be happy to help. You may need to call into Customer Care at 1-800-CRICKET and have them update the imei on the account so that the device will work. You can also message us on our Facebook and Twitter page for support.

Same here also getting wives text on my phone
