NEW phone Motorola g 5g need help with APN settings,

The phone has issues with security and not wanting to update etc... I noticed the APN settings with a title of Internet ( Endo) everything I have found (endo) basically is 4 wifi also when I opened the APN setting it's empty. I went to the store and basically was told they only sell the phones. I need help with how is the APN Settings are configured so  can fix it myself. I will enclose a screen shot of the APN, Thanks.

Hi @New2Cricket and welcome to the Community Forum! Your APN settings should be setup like this. Tap Internet to edit the current settings for that Access Point. Edit the settings to match the settings listed below by tapping on each setting you wish to change. Don’t worry about extra settings not listed. Let us know if this resolves your issues!🤗

  • APN: Endo
  • MMSC: http://mmsc.aiowireless.net
  • MMS Proxy: proxy.aiowireless.net
  • Multimedia Message Port: 80
  • MCC: 310
  • MNC: 150
  • APN type: default,mms,fota,hipri,supl
  • APN protocol: IPv4
  • APN roaming protocol: IPv4
  • Turn APN on/off: ON

I can't help with this issue but I can tell you that nothing with cricket devices are secure this there probably won't be any security updates. 

I read this in the information for terms and service.

It's long reading but you may want to do that.
