If I buy a new unlocked phone can I just move my existing sim card to it or do I need a new one from cricket?

If you purchased an unlocked device, we would recommend to make sure that the device is compatible with our network before inserting SIM. If compatible and unlocked, you can just insert your SIM card into the device and you would be good to go. If the new device uses a different size SIM card, then you may need to get a new SIM card. To check for compatibility, please access the BYOD link provided below and insert the IMEI of the new device.
