Tried to put new sim in but getting mobile data SIM locked.what to do?

Hey @Tigger108! All of our devices are locked to our network until you’ve had at least 6-months of active paid service with the device. If you believe you’ve met the service requirement, please send us a private message to @CricketSupport and include the name on your Cricket account, your wireless number, and the IMEI number of the device.
No I only was there for 5 months .but I'm using the affordable connectivity program so I should be able to switch to apply it to cricket as a solution correct?
