I got a message this evening stating that I had NO VOICE SERVICE Temporarily turned off by your carrier.
Why did I get this? I made a payment back on the 22nd of July and then I log in this evening (7/23/23)
and my account stills says that I need to make a payment of $55.00
I would have thought that if I made a payment that your system would be smart enough to pick up the fact that a payment was made and NOT still show that it’s looking for a payment.
But it seems like I get the NO VOICE SERVICE a lot and I want to know why. Because I am about ready to find a different carrier to go with because I am getting tired of not having service with CRICKET.
