I got a message this evening stating that I had NO VOICE SERVICE Temporarily turned off by your carrier.

Why did I get this? I made a payment back on the 22nd of July and then I log in this evening (7/23/23)

and my account stills says that I need to make a payment of $55.00

I would have thought that if I made a payment that your system would be smart enough to pick up the fact that a payment was made and NOT still show that it’s looking for a payment.
But it seems like I get the NO VOICE SERVICE a lot and I want to know why. Because I am about ready to find a different carrier to go with because I am getting tired of not having service with CRICKET.

Hey @Snydo60 there’s probably some tower issues happening in your area that’s causing you to disconnect from the network. Reach out to them via PM. They’ll look at your coverage and let you know if that’s it. You can use WiFi Calling in the meantime if you have a phone that allows it.
