Nokia 3.1 plus
Hello
Cricket branded phones will receive updates when we release them. If it is an unlocked version you'll need to receive the update from the manufacturer.
Hey
Cricket doesnt withhold system updates unless its their apps or network specific applications. It sounds like you may need to do an update from the manufacturer. Nokia just updated the Android Pie software on its Nokia 3.1 Plus devices. That may be the update thats needed. I would suggest restarting the phone while it is connected to Wi-fi. Additionally you may want to check your "settings" menu for a software update.
I hope that helps!

Got it. Thanks for the extra information. I went to the Cricket website and looked at the user guide for your phone ( https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/devices-and-accessories/nokia-3-1-plus--device-support/customer/device-support.html ). There is a step by step guide that show you how to update the software on the phone.
Per the website it confirms what you are saying: "Effective 2/13/18, a new software update (00N0_1_26E) will be available for those Nokia 3.1 Plus customers who have software version 00N0_1_26C on their phone. This update provides general bug fixes and other software updates.
Check out this link to see how to update it manually or once you receive a notification.
It doesnt automatically push it without you going through and enabling the update. You have to be on wi-fi and you must confirm all of the pop up notifications. May thats where things went south. I would suggest doing a manual update using the instructions above.
Dude...... im just trying to help you out customer to customer.
Walk into a store and ask if you can switch out the device. I hope you find a fix for it.
We saw your post earlier regarding the software update on your phone. I sent your information to to our IT team and we were able to push the update to your phone. Did this resolve your issue?
Thanks.
