Nokia 3.1 Plus unable to run updates /

Tap Settings > About phone > System updates > Check for updates

According to Nokia website 

 

However there is a Cricket Software Updates which I believe are not the same thing . 

Any suggestion ?

I chatted with a nokia help on line they recommended set to factory, but still nothing

Ya this phone cost me 200.00 the most I ever paid and its junk won't turn on not even 2 months old .....nokia needs to refund the phone in full garage I'm starting class action suit.because there federal violation should be stopped assten




Assistance refund the store I bought it from across street they took it off the shelf .... .......3.1 plus. Nokia junk
