Not receiving pictures or group messages
Hi I'm new to Cricket and have a Moto e Supra and I can't receive group messages or pictures sometimes I get one but not the rest of the people in the group. And I can't receive pictures when I first started they worked now they are not I checked my settings and they are correct help as I'm very fustrated.

I'm having the same issue on my wife's e5 supra. Worked fine for months, and starting the past weekend she's missing lots of group and picture messages. Please post back if you are able to get it fixed.

My wife and I are having the same issues!
I just bought my phone April 29th and noticed on Monday that I'm having the same issues. I went yesterday to my local store and they couldn't fix it. They chatted with customer service who was of no help.
I'm going to try and go back tomorrow and demand a new phone since it seems we are all having issues with this same.phone.
No wonder the price was cut on these....
