There was recently a major power loss in Bullhead City AZ. The power is back on, but I cannot use the data plan on my phone, it will only work with WiFi. My mother has a Cricket phone and the same thing is happening to her. What is going on? I've paid my bill and know I have not used all of my data. I've restarted the phone numerous times. Is a cell tower down, too???

Our team will use that information to check for any outages.
