My new ovation 2 is randomly restarting itself and shutting itself down 8 to 10 times a day. I have tried wiping the cache partition and then doing a factory reset. Still does same thing. Any ideas?

My ovation 2 has several major issues like no Cricket Wi-fi, etc, The biggest is the national emergency alert notification has been disabled from the factory. Every carrier is required to provide this, service, í was contacted by cricket and i was told the warranty would be honored, But they lied again so Monday I will Lodge complaints with the FCC, N,E,B,S, D,O,H, any and all Fed agencies that are appropriate. The screenshots of defects I speak of are clear

As stated in my complaint regarding crickets failure to honor warranty issues despite repeated attempts totaling 5 to 6 hours at least on the phone I have provided the screenshots by no means all but for that show the national emergency alert notification is disabled and a screenshot that shows Wi-Fi is readily available in my area except for my service provider even though my roommates Wi-Fi is no problem and the last screenshot shows the only saved Network for my Wi-Fi is actually McDonald's free Wi-Fi where I have to go for updates overall it's thoroughly disgusting
My unfamiliarity with this form has caused the late submission of my documentation regarding service / warranty issues
The cricket system does not offer clear explanations of what it expects but likes to throw a red sign up explaining you haven't done something when you were not instructed to do so

Experiencing random restarts and shutdowns on a new Ovation 2 despite attempting a cache partition wipe and factory reset can be frustrating. Firstly, consider checking if any recent software updates are available for your device. Updating the operating system might address known bugs or stability issues. If the problem persists, it could be a hardware issue, so reach out to the manufacturer or the store where you purchased it for potential warranty support or replacement. Additionally, monitor the device closely to identify any patterns or triggers associated with the reboots or shutdowns, such as specific apps or activities, which can provide valuable information when seeking technical assistance. Lastly, consulting online forums or communities related to your device may offer insights from others who have experienced similar issues and found effective solutions.
