Thanks for posting. It sounds like it may be issues with the device. Our new devices do come with a 1-Year Warranty. To make a warranty claim please contact the Returns Center at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) for assistance. The support center will troubleshoot the device malfunction over the phone and provide instructions for the warranty return, if applicable.

Just bought new ovation, phone is incredibly slow. Can't play any games, won't let me use chrome, phone won't connect to wifi. When it is connected to wifi can't even watch a youtube video without buffering, no other devices in home having issues. Any tips?
Oh my. 6 months ago the Ovation 2 was out and should have been offered to you. It is definitely an overall upgrade from the original and I feel terrible that's what you were sold when the "next edition" was out and MUCH better. I hope you can upgrade soon!
