My Moto g power disconnected from my house wifi 3 days ago and no matter how many times I try to connect it it won't. Why did this happen and how can I resolve it?

Thanks for posting. Have you checked if your Moto G Power can connect to another Wi-Fi connection? If you are able to connect to another Wi-Fi, then it could be an issue between the home Wi-Fi and device. We would suggest to “forget” the Wi-Fi connection, and try to connect one more time if issue is still happening. Feel free to send us a PM to
