Phone Upgrading

Right now I have an old Stylo 2 phone and starting to need an upgrade. I have been a member of Cricket for a while and know that we don't really get perks of free decent upgrades. So is it better to buy from cricket or shop around and find a better deal on a phone that will work with cricket?

@Soven26 Npr! Check out the refer a friend program they have. You get $25 for every person you refer, and they get $25 too. I got $200 in bill credits last year, and that paid fo my son's new phone.:smileyhappy:

Hey @Soven26, I personally haven't bought a Cricket phone since the iPhone 5s, lol..I always buy unlocked iPhones elsewhere. Just be careful who/where you buy it from. Only unlocked GSM phones will work on Cricket- with the exception of AT&T phones. Locked AT&T phones will work on Cricket. Just make sure it isn't reported stolen, lol
