Why does the Pixel 6 Pro not get 5G but you have this listed on your site?

Google Pixel 6 Pro 5G - Cricket Wireless

Why would you allow one you sell to work but not BYOD?  It even says 5G.  I had 5G working at one point now, it is back to LTE only.  Why would Cricket intentionally limit this?  The phone work with ATT, so we know it is something you are limiting on purpose.  Please explain.
