I have had this Moto G Stylus 5G 2021 for over a year now, fully paid off at time of purchase, and decided to unlock the device (even though I am not planning to switch carriers at this time). I tried to do it online on the website, and it prompted me that I had to do it through the MyCricket application. I tried, and got "Received HTTP 400 with reason: " error. Tried doing it through Wi-Fi, same thing. Tried clearing cache and data on the MyCricket app, and still no dice. The app is also up to date. Can anyone assist me in what to do further? Thank you in advance.

Edit: solved through rebooting device. Device is unlocked now.

Hi @saimaster1 !

Thanks for posting. Glad to hear that you were able to resolve it by rebooting the device. :) If any issues in the future with other devices, we also recommend for the device & MyCricket app to have the latest software update installed.
