Requesting Motorola Razr 5g to have access to 5g service

I am not sure why since this phone has been out for a while that It will not connect to the 5g Network.  

 

The motorola Razr 5g Model  XT2071-3 Is listed on Motorola website as a supported cricket wireless 5g phone.

Yes. IE Why I am requesting that It be made compatible.  Just as Cricket did this week with the Moto One 5g Ace  Xt2113-2.  

 

By the way your compatibility website is not up to date.
