Last Sunday, July 5th, my prior phone simply died that morning. I was staying at a friend's house in Burleson, Texas. I was taken to a local Cricket store and purchased a new phone a few hours later in the afternoon. Just days later I began to have problems with this phone. It wouldn't let me answer and was kicking the caller to voicemail after two rings.
I live in Garland, TX and this is where I purchased my last phone and setup my account. I walked in this morning, July 11th, and was then told, "Sorry, we can't do anything and you have to go back to the original store." This is 60 minutes away. The problem with this is that I can't drive. I have no way to get there. I simply don't see how on earth that as a customer for several years that a phone can't be returned at this store.
I actually wanted to upgrade to a better phone. Yet, I rather take a slap in the face saying too bad.
