Are you allowed to root a cricket phone without voiding your warranty and/or losing the ability to gain updates if you wish to unroot?
I just wanted to find out before I put the time into rooting my phone and finding out I voided my warranty!
As far as I know, rooting your device will void your warranty regardless of carrier, as it could brick the device or cause other issues, so If I were you I would only root if you are ok with no warranty if something happens. Good luck!
It will void your warranty, but you have super user which allows Google Play Store ROOT ONLY apps to work.
I Rooted / Unlocked other phone on Viaero Network. Works perfect!
Worth the risk!
