Sending pictures

Hello, I have a fairly new Moto G6 forge. Since I've had it I haven't been able to send pictures via text. Can someone please help?

Go Settings>Connections>Mobile Netowrks>Access Point Names

 

Is anything listed for MMSC and MMS Proxy and MMS Port?
