Hi Yael, we thank you for reaching out to Cricket Forum! A device can be unlocked, once the requirements below are met:

1. The device you want to unlock has been active for at least six months of paid service on that device.

2. The device is designed for use on and is locked to Cricket's network.

3. The device has not been reported lost or stolen.

4. The device is not associated with a fraudulent account.

We can only review a device unlock request if you are able to provide the Cricket wireless number associated with the device along with the device IMEI number. If you have this information, you may Private Message us at @CricketSupport for further assistance.

I am not a admin but i just want to to tell you something about that If your Moto e5 cruise is locked to the Cricket network and you are not a Cricket customer, you will need to contact a third-party unlocking service to obtain a SIM network unlock pin. These services typically charge a fee to provide the unlock code, and it's important to ensure that you use a reputable and trustworthy service.

Alternatively, you may be able to contact Cricket directly and request an unlock code for your Moto e5 cruise. They may require certain criteria to be met, such as a minimum period of active service, before they will provide the unlock code. TellCulvers

Once you have obtained the SIM network unlock pin, you can enter it into your Moto e5 cruise to unlock the device and use it with a different carrier. To enter the unlock code, insert a SIM card from a different carrier and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the unlock code when prompted.

I hope this helps!
