how do i get the software re-install on my phone EC211001?
it turned off and i am not able to access it for nothing, it seems like the operating system is missing, how much would that be and where do I get it?

I called the number you provide me with, and the said the warranty doesn't cover software because the screen is broken, I don't understand why they don't cover just the software if I bought the phone at one of your cricket stores and all I am asking is the software or operating system and if i want the screen replace, they don't do it either

is there any way i can get the software to download it to my phone myself and how much it cost?
For Windows-based phones, like the EC211001, you can try connecting it to a computer with Windows and using the Windows Device Recovery Tool.
