straight to voicemail

My phone doesn't ring. Callers go to a generic voicemail instead of mine. Problem started a week back and has worsened.

I can MAKE calls, but incoming calls do not come through.  They go straight to voicemail.

Does anyone have or has had access to your phone

When mine was doing that even my house phone started doing it. I could even call home from the store. Someone had change the settings and my calls were ringing thru to them and not to me
