I bought a BRAND NEW PHONE, LG6. Right out of the box, the speaker didn't work. Their solution to my broken BRAND NEW PHONE??????????? They're going to send me a used phone. I AM SO UPSET =- CANCELLING OUR 4 LINES AND GOING BACK TO VERIZON. UGH.

I bought 4 new LG Stylo 6's, and put them under the tree (wrapped.) My phone died, so I ended up unwrapping one of them and used it. The speaker was dead, right out of the box. Didn't work. Because the "one week" is up for returns, they're going to send me a USED phone. That's what happened. CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY WARRANTY.
