The Number or Code you have dialed is Incorrect


I have an Lg Stylo 3 and have had this problem twice now! "The Number or Code you have Dialed is incorrect, please check the number and dail again." The first time, I went to a Cricket store and they had me call a representative. I was at the store until the time they closed!!! I left upset. The problem fixed itself a few days later but now has occured again and I haven't been able to contact this number is over 2 weeks!!!!

This is an emergency contact of mine and a contact I fall frequently!! As we both live together!! The number I'm trying to contact is through Boost Mobile. No, it is not a problem through Boost like you've said it was. It is a problem on Crickets end that needs to be resolved quickly! I went to boost mobile 3 days ago, and the lady that helped me is through Cricket as well. She called the same number I've been trying to reach and had the same error message. I've also had my mother call and she had the same error message. 

I am able to send texts to this number, but can't call. They can call me no problem. Please fix this issue!! It's an ongoing problem!

I also have this exact problem but with an iPhone se and the contact is an employee who I need to contact multiple times a day!
