not sure if this is a phone issue or a network issue, but my husband and I have 2 lines on the same plan and for the last few weeks now whenever I try to call him, instead of ringing it just says "please enter your passcode" as if I was trying to access my own voicemail. and similarly, when he tries to call me it forwards to voicemail as if my phone was off. we are still able to text each other so I know I didn't accidentally block his number somehow. any ideas?
