I have a turbo 2 that's maybe 5 months old. The battery has "puffed" up like it's going to explode to the point it popped the back off the unit and won't fit in the unit anymore.  Cricket won't upgrade because it's not time and warranty says there's no warranty.  I can't find a battery for it.  Cricket wants $79 for a unit and Walmart has them for $49.  Is the turbo exclusive for  att and cricket?  Can I purchase one from Walmart and have it work?  I have 2/3 of my data left and I'll lose it tonight due to faulty equipment.  Cricket has let me down on so many levels in the last 90 days.  I need a new provider as my current one won't even take my calls.  All help, advice greatly appreciated

Hey @Slane1701

Sorry to hear about your experience with the Turbo Hotspot 2. This device is backed by the Cricket 2-year manufacturer warranty, so as long as it is within the 2-years, it would still be under the manufacturer warranty. To file a warranty claim please visit the link below and follow the prompts on the site, or contact the Returns Center at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) for assistance. The support center will troubleshoot the device malfunction over the phone and provide instructions for the warranty return, if applicable. Feel free to also send us a PM to @CricketSupport if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

Hello Support, sorry for asking a silly question but I’m facing an issue that few websites are not running smoothly on my mobile. I’ve checked from other phones and it was working well. Some of these websites like wikipedia, wikidata, topical relevance, and foundation repair Ottawa are not running smoothly. From where I can know the exact reason behind it?

Thanks in advance!
