I just got it today got home got it set up and charged connected it to my Xbox and it won’t allow my nat type to go open does anyone know how to fix this

Thanks for posting. The Turbo Hotspot 2 does not have a configuration interface for NAT, so it is not supported and can’t be changed. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
I got one too and had to mail in the old one to receive a new one. The new one works fine! But the old one, suuuuucked. It's probably just your turbo hotspot.🤷🏼♀️ Just a thought 🤔💭
