Unable to receive security patch on Nokia 3.1c

My husband daughter and I all have the same identical oh be the Nokia 3.1c . They have been receiving security patch on there phone .... Me I haven't received anything . I want to know if there is a solution to this issue . We have the same phone

HMD Global is delivering the latest Security Patches to your Android smartphone as quickly as possible. However, there are several factors which may affect the date you actually receive an update. These factors include device model, region, location, operator approvals, and Google’s Security Patch Monthly Release announcement. Security Patches are also sometimes included with Maintenance Releases.

Please note that the quoted release dates refer to the live releases for the first approved markets. In general, the release may take several days to reach all consumers within an approved market.

Users are reminded that all Maintenance and Security Patch releases should be accepted as soon as possible to help ensure a smooth Android experience.

Once again my husband and daughter received a software update and I have yet to receive the update . This is getting very frustrating . My security patch level is August 1 2019 . Please if anyone knows of a solution to my issue please let me know . Thank you
