Can't remember old stylo 4 unlock pattern. Want to donate the phone but need to wipe my info. And reset. How can I do this?

Usually there’s a key combination like Volume + power button or something that gets you to the android equivalent of BIOS. You can nuke it from there. Search by phone name/model number for factory reset, android menu. You don’t have to log into O.S. to access it.

Hello @Anrice1! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. If you do not remember your lock screen pattern, there should be an “Forgot Pattern” option. From there, you should be able to enter your Google account information (email and password) which will allow you to reset the lock screen pattern. Hopefully, this works for you and resolves the problem :thumbsup:

Still no help from Cricket or it’s “community”. This forum is very helpful for what I would think to be a simple fix. NOT! Keep it simple with Cricket that should be the new moto!
