I have a cricket phone but is not activated I would like to use it primarily for Wi-Fi but I forgot my unlock pin on my cricket phone security screen when I turn it on I can't get into the phone because I can't remember my PIN I have my model and my IMEI number

The best option for me is that doing a hard or factory reset or either have it check through a phone technician they can also have it unlock.
